We propose through our processes and people, to provide total commitment to customer satisfaction by developing, implementing and continually improving a quality management system in line with the requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2015.

We are committed to meet customer expectations, requirements and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements through a risk based approach, and to continually improve our performance via objectives for improvement.

The framework for objective planning will be areas drawn from our business goals, risk analysis and management review outputs.

The policy will be reviewed at least annually and updated accordingly. The policy is available and communicated to all employees and interested parties.
